Privacy policy

Plotline makes a CRM for real estate agents and small teams. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.

When you request a free trial or a demo, we collect the details you type into the form: your name and email address, and if you choose to share them, your phone number, brokerage or team name, team size, the tools you use today, the plan you are interested in and any message you add.

We also count visits to this website with privacy-friendly analytics that do not use cookies and do not identify you personally. They tell us things like which pages are read most and roughly where visitors come from.

• To set up your trial workspace or arrange your demo.
• To reply to you and answer your questions about Plotline.
• To understand which parts of this website are useful and improve it.

When you send a request, our team receives an email with the details you entered so we can get back to you quickly. Emails sent through this website can include open and click tracking, which tells us whether a message arrived and was opened. You can block this by turning off images in your email app.

We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we never use the details you send us to market anything other than Plotline itself.

We keep request details for as long as we need them to provide your trial or demo and to follow up with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by replying to any email you receive from us. We will respond within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will update it on this page and change the date at the top.
